The Place and Role of the Head of State in the System of State Power Russian Federation

The master's thesis deals with the problem of strengthening the role of the President of the Russian Federation in state and legal relations. The author reveals and analyzes the reasons that serve as a factor of domination of the President of the Russian Federation over other power institutions. The problem of realization of the principle of separation of powers in the Russian Federation is touched upon. In his study, the author comes to the following conclusion: the factors contributing to the strengthening of the Role of the President of the Russian Federation are both the current Constitution (4-8 chapters) and the problem of value implementation of its regulations in real life (1-3 chapters).
