Annotation on the final qualifying work of Pavel Dmitrievich Belozerov "Features of anti-doping regulation". The final qualification work consists of 72 pages. 50 sources were used in the work. The aim of the research is to study and identify the main legal problems of anti-doping regulation at the international and national levels. The main tasks are: identification of norms regulating relations in the field of anti-doping in the system of regulatory regulation of sports law, study of anti-doping practices, identification of problems of anti-doping regulation and analysis of the peculiarities of the regulation of the work of professional athletes in the light of the fight against doping in sport. The first chapter examines the sources of anti-doping regulation of international and national levels. The role, purpose and creation of these sources are reveal. The second chapter is devoted to the doping control procedure. All stages of the procedure, rights and responsibilities of the subjects of this procedure are considered in detail. The third chapter is devoted to anti-doping rule violations. The activities of the investigation department and the procedure for processing the results are disclosed. The grounds that are defined as an anti-doping rule violation are listed. The fourth chapter lists requirements that must be done to comply with anti-doping rules, as well as consider information on the location. In the work, the anti-doping regulation improved, by concretizing various and new species. The role of the doping control inspector as a subject of sports is considered.
