Guarantees for sending employees on official business trips

The purpose of this master's thesis is to consider guarantees when referring to business trips from the perspective of the theory of labor law. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were to be solved: 1. to study the concept of business trip, to correlate it with related legal phenomena; 2. consider guarantees when sending employees on official business trips; 3. Analyze legislation on business trips, as well as judicial practice in this part; 4. identify existing contradictions and gaps and propose solutions for their elimination. The theoretical basis for the study of this work was the scientific works of E.I. Astrakhan, A.M. Bykov, N.V. Vitruk, I.V. Geitz, A.A. Evdokimov, V.I. Krivoy, TL Krutikova, I.E. Mamiofa, I.B. Moreyn, P.E. Nedbailo, A.S. Pashkov, V.N. Skobelkin, N.V. Suslina, N.M. Smirnova, N.A. Tarasova, A.M. Khvostov and other authors. The normative-legal basis is represented by the Constitution, federal laws, by-laws of the Russian Federation, as well as by normative-legal acts of the USSR. The scientific novelty of the work done is that it is a comprehensive comparative legal study of the legal regulation of the direction of workers on official business trips. The structure and scope of the final qualification work are determined by the purpose and objectives of the study. The master's thesis is presented on 87 pages and consists of an introduction, two chapters, five paragraphs, conclusion.
