Legal Aspects of Employee Motivation

The diploma work is devoted to the complex legal analysis of the legal aspects of employee motivation. The topicality of the chosen topic is due to the fact that various legal aspects of employee motivation are currently rather poorly regulated and need to be improved. The issues of motivation and motives of an individual's behavior are actively investigated not only by psychology, but also by jurisprudence, since the motive encourages a person to activity (lawful and unlawful), directing it to meet certain needs, reflects the needs that act as an objective regularity and necessity. Legal aspects of motivation concerning constructive moral and psychological contradictions, dynamics of their origin, deployment and permission, provide, ultimately, observance by the person of legal norms, promotes formation of respect for the law and formation of legal society The targets of this research is to identify the legal aspects of employee motivation, the actual problems of legal regulation of the Institute and identify ways to improve the legislation in the field. The paper considers the concepts of motivation and stimulation of labor in their relationship, explains the legal basis of motivation of workers in the Russian Federation, describes foreign experience in this field, examines the legal basis of various types of labor motivation, examines the negative methods of motivation of employees. In addition, the most important question is raised about the motivation of civil servants, which can directly affect the reduction of corruption in Russia.
