The Constitutional Right of Land Ownership and Guarantees of Its Security

Master's paper on "Constitutional right of ownership of land and guarantees of its security" the main goal is a comprehensive constitutional and legal study of social relations, the subject of which is the constitutional right of ownership of land, the analysis of the concept and content of the constitutional right of ownership of land, the study of the characteristics of the limitation of ownership of land in the Russian and foreign legislation, as well as the study of the trend of law enforcement in this area. This paper formulates a definition of the right to land and gives a detailed classification of the restrictions that can be made in respect of the title owner of the land. The practical significance of the study is to identify the main problems associated with the peculiarities of law enforcement. The practice of the constitutional court, as well as the approaches of scientists to optimize and more effective resolution of land disputes.
