The analysis consequently reveals the relevant features of China’s diplomacy such as the aims and the results of China’s policy, the reasons of its success and the mechanisms of implementation of Chinese diplomatic tactics in order to answer the questions: what aims does China seek to attain in its energy policy towards Russia and also why and how China does attain what it gets from its energy diplomacy towards Russia.
