Classical Music for Radio and Television in China: the Managerial Aspect

The application of classical music in broadcasting and television is a new topic. Prior to this, the academia was rarely involved in this subject. The radio and television music column is a new edge discipline and a combination of broadcasting, television and music. The author found that in China's current TV screen and radio, there is no lack of music sections, and music programs are actually developing at a faster rate. Some of the early-developed music categories have become well-known column brands in some societies. This article takes the history of classical music and the Chinese radio and television system as the cut-off point, analyzes and sorts out the history and current situation of classical music development in China, and analyzes the history, current status, and management of radio and television systems. The characteristics of classical music in radio and television were analyzed, compared and compared, and the future development of classical music in China.
