Legal Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights Protection in Eurasian Economic Union

This work is devoted to a certain law of intellectual property rights in conditions of economic integration within the framework of the EAEU in the context of the importance of harmonizing the national legislations of its member states. The work is based on the study of national norms of intellectual law of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Armenia, and the development of institutes of international intellectual law in general. Thoroughly examined international agreements in the field of the protection of intellectual property rights in the resolution of international law, which allows us to study the collision binding for choose law to regulation of issues of competent law and in case. As a result, ways to protect intellectual property rights within the framework of the EAEU, as well as an international approach in this area were disclosed. Thus, the work demonstrates the legal aspects of integration in general and, in particular, in the field of intellectual property protection in the EAEU. Also, the mechanisms of registration of intellectual property goods, which are called the Strategy of the EAEU, have been studied. The author came to conclusion that this document has great importance for the practical regulation of issues in the field of intellectual property protection. According to these principles, under the difference of legal paradigms in the field of intellectual property, the integration aspiration of states has chosen the approach the according to which the rights to the results of human intellectual activity are segregated.
