Attraction and Adaptation of B2B Agents Within Telecommunication Company “Rostelecom”

In this paper we consider the main characteristics of professional activity of commercial personnel, in general; sales agents, in particular. The features of attracting and adapting sales professionals are considered. In the practical part of the work, based on the current state of affairs in the company Rostelecom, MRF Volga, in terms of selection and adaptation of agents B2B segment, developed a number of recommendations that will solve the problems facing the business.
