Business Model Reengineering in SaaS on RealtimeBoard Example

This work contains a description of the process of reengineering the business model for the SaaS-product RealtimeBoard. The object of research is the service for teamwork RealtimeBoard. The subject of the study is a business model in the RealtimeBoard service. The purpose of this work is to reengineer the business model in RealtimeBoard service to generate sustainable revenue streams and increase the company's profit. Chapter 1 is devoted to the analysis of various types of business models for SaaS and the choice of the most suitable type using the AARRR framework. Chapter 2 describes the process of reengineering a business model using A. Osterwalder's methodology, and also includes forecasting the results of reengineering. Chapter 3 describes a plan for development using business process modelling in the "As Is" and "To Be" states, as well as the strategy for the introduction of the business model into the RealtimeBoard service. The amount of work is 72 pages, not including 9 applications containing general diagrams, tables and additional materials.
