Considered in the final paper issues are devoted to intellectual property rights in Russia and China. The author analyses the doctrinal and practical approaches to the understanding of intellectual property rights in Russia and China. The studies of intellectual property are intended to be easily adapted for practical purposes. Intellectual property protection is germane to all manner of transactions across a broad range of industries. The results achieved advance our understanding of the nature of intellectual property rights in two different countries. Hence, lawyers in virtually all areas of practice can benefit from a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of issues that may arise in relation to it. This paper demonstrates unprecedented circumstances and problems in intellectual property protection and compares Russian intellectual property legislation with Chinese one.
