The master's dissertation is focused on the topic of talent management in modern organizations. Its goal is to develop and approbation a system for evaluating the effectiveness of the talent management program in «Danone Trade» - Nizhny Novgorod. The practical part of the thesis has significance for the company, since the research is carried out in accordance with its actual need and tasks. To achieve this goal, a number of theoretical and practical tasks were performed in this graduate work. Thus, during the research of the scientific literature, theoretical aspects of the talent management function in modern management and the experience of implementing talent management programs in domestic and foreign companies were analyzed. Also, the paper describes the activities of Danone Russia with the main activities of its HR department and describes the talent management system in the company and the program "100,000 Talents", introduced in 2015. Based on the company's research, a system was developed to assess the effectiveness of the talent management program in «Danone Trade» - Nizhny Novgorod. In conclusion, as part of the system approbation, the results of the implementation of the new talent management program in a particular branch were assessed. The result of the work was a report with the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the talent management program in «Danone Trade» - Nizhny Novgorod.
