Master's dissertation is focused on the topic of professional adaptation and has a practice orientation. Its goal is to improve the system of adaptation of the personnel of the "MTS" Company. The practical part of the work is of particular value to the company, since the research was carried out in accordance with the objectives of the top-management for improving the existing system of adaptation. To study the current system of professional adaptation, methods of analyzing normative documents, a semi-structured interview with HR managers and questioning of new employees of the company were used. Based on the results of the study, the shortcomings of the current adaptation system were identified and classified by blocks. On this basis, recommendations have been developed to improve the adaptation system, which can reduce the outflow of personnel during the probation period, reduce the costs of recruitment, and prevent a negative impact on the employer's brand.
