The thesis is devoted to the development of job profiles for the current vacancies of the business organization of the GC "Lad". The paper includes an analytical review of the literature on the topics of staff selection, competency assessment, development and application of job profiles. The practical part of the study describes the study of the business organization, the identification of personnel needs, problems and possible risks associated with the function of selecting employees. As a result of the research, actual vacancies were revealed, job profiles were developed and complemented by a list of competency assessment tools.
