Improvement the Program of Mentoring at the Pharmaceutical Enterprise

The paper defines the role of mentoring in the system of personnel professional development, examines the experience of Russian and foreign companies in the sphere of mentoring program development. In the practical part of the work, the existing mentoring program in the pharmaceutical company was analyzed, recommendations for its optimization were developed, the result of the apllying the proposed changes was described and their effectiveness was estimated.
