Development of the Rigidity Scale for Managers

The main purpose of the study is to create a new method for customer. This survey should fulfill a dissociating goal that separates unsuitable rigid person from appropriate candidate. Method of the study is a new survey that is made for a client’s purpose. Research sample is different levels managers working at business companies in Russia. Sample size for pilot study is 100; sample size for main study is 308; main age of the managers is 28 and 30 years old respectively. The result of the study is that only one of two hypotheses was confirmed partly. The result as a new created method can be used by company X for its own purposes after correction of questions and validation process.
