Managing Organizational Culture on the Basis of the Concept of Political Discourse

Organizational culture of the organization plays a significant role in the work of the enterprise, as it is a moderator of the relationship both between employees of the company and with the clients of the organization. Currently, there is a problem for yop-management of the organization - how to build a model of organizational culture and improve the effectiveness of the organization. The political discourse of organizational culture is based on the alignment of interests of the company's stakeholders to achieve the organization's strategic goals. It should be borne in mind that stakeholders play a crucial role in the functioning of the organization. They have a huge impact on all aspects of the organization, including organizational culture. The model of organizational culture, built on the satisfaction of the main stakeholders of the organization, will improve the effectiveness of the company. During the work, were studied theoretical aspects of organizational culture, was analyzed organizational culture of "Философия красоты и здоровья", and were identified the stakeholders of the company and their interests on the basis of which was built a model of managed organizational culture.
