The Instruments of Leadership Depending to Managers Career

Today’s leader plays a crucial role not only increasing the company’s productivity globally but also in driving every team member to achieves their own goals. Despite this, we know quite little about the stages of leaders formation. What stages and challenges do they face through their professional live and what instruments helps them move to the next stage of their career? The present study aims to determine the relationships between managers career and specific tools used to implement the leader's behavior. In order to define the leaders development stages and psychological instruments, various types of qualitative analysis will be used. Based on the results of statistical analysis and content analysis of the data obtained from retrospective questionary, hypotheses will be tested. The results of this paper may reveal the allotted stages of development of the leader, where each stage will accompanied by a corresponding specific tool.
