Development of a Strategy of the Organization

In the context of the modern market, strategic planning is one of the main functions of management, which determines the goals of the organization and ways to achieve them. The strategy of the organization is the basis in the short and long term for decision-making. Development, growth or stagnation of the organization depends on strategic management, especially in the conditions of modern competition. LLC "Svarochnaya technika - Ural" is in a stage of stagnation, so the strategy of the organization should be changed. The aim of this work is the analysis and evaluation of the existing system of management of LLC "Svarochnaya technika - Ural" and development of recommendations and measures on its perfection for the new development strategy of the organization. The study identified priority segments of consumers and demand trends, analyzed competitors, identified the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. Based on the obtained data, recommendations for attracting consumers with greater conversion were developed, as well recommendations for expanding the range in relation to market demand trends, and improving the company's image. The results of this work can be used by the shop LLC " Svarochnaya technika - Ural" to improve the existing development strategy of the organization.
