The aim of this research leads to formulation of the following research question: «What processes need to be optimized in the warehouse of the company «Dymka»? The novelty of the work is determined by absence of a general optimization algorithm applied for all types of warehouses. The structure of this proposal is determined by its objectives. The first part is theoretical and dedicated to the study of the company`s warehouse logistics. Moreover, it analyzes various methods of optimization, including criteria for selecting an appropriate model. The second part is methodological and employ the method of semi-structured interview that will help to collect information about available data and desired results. It also includes description of the company «Dymka» and analyzes details of the warehouse processes that need to be optimized. The last part discusses anticipated results.
