Motivation of Workers in the Aspect of Intergenerational Differences

Every Executive wants his firm to work as efficiently as possible. To increase the productivity of their employees, company managers connect motivation, however, they often use the wrong motivation tools. Moreover, managers try to motivate employees of different ages equally, which is not the right approach, as science has long been proven that people of different ages have different motives. This study will help clarify which factors best influence employee motivation across generations. To do this, we used the technique of tan ting Yang, adapted and tested by us. The sample of the study was 300 people. The survey is aimed at the study of internal and external motivation, as well as on the motivation factors in generations X, Y, Z. during this study it was revealed that the types of motivation in generations are different. Even if the motivation of generations is the same, the motives may be different. Recommendations on motivation of representatives of generations X, Y, z were developed. The results of this work can be used by managers and managers to improve the efficiency of motivation of their employees. In addition, the novelty of this study is a detailed study of the problem of motivation of generation Z.
