The Analysis of IT-Solutions Implementation Impact on Achievement of Company’s Business Goals

In this master's dissertation, the hypothesis of the positive impact of the IT project implementation on the achievement of the company's business goals was made through the analysis of the company's IT department and its data system for accounting of office hardware, requests for equipment repair and maintenance performed. Estimation of effectiveness of information system is crucial to this company so a decision to develop special software of KPI estimation was made to explore it's productivity and neccesity. Nowadays development of a system for assessment of work quality of IT departments is an actual goal because is helps business to realize it's expenses and maintain lower investments in unperspective projects therefore improve company's departments productivity and achieve higher effectiveness of company as a whole.
