Strategic Potential of ICO Market in Russia

The object of the research is the ICO market of Russia, the subject is the strategic potential of the ICO Russia market. . The purpose of this master's thesis is to assess the strategic potential in the ICO market in Russia. To achieve this goal, you must perform the following tasks: 1) systematize existing notions about the concept strategic market potential 2) to understand the phenomenon of ICO as a method of investment in the crypto-environment 3) on the basis of the ICO market analysis, identify the specifics of work in these sectors 4) develop a model and methodology for assessing the strategic potential of ICO 5) to test the model and methodology on the example of specific ICO projects that have recently entered the market or will soon be released 6) to draw a conclusion about the strategic potential of the ICO market in Russia To solve the tasks in the diploma work the following methods were used: analysis of secondary information, analytical method, observation, practical method. The thesis is made on one hundred seven pages, consists of an introduction, three chapters and a list of literature consisting of 34 literary sources. The first chapter of the work "Theoretical and methodological basis for determining the strategic potential of the ICO market" reveals the concept of strategic potential and the concept of the ICO market. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the ICO market in Russia, in the course of the work the specifics of the domestic market are highlighted. The third chapter is devoted to assessing strategic potential. For the analysis, a special tool was developed based on the SPACE method, then it was tested on a sample from the Russian ICO. According to the analysis of the strategic market potential, conclusions were drawn and regularities were derived. The result of this study is the development of a new tool SPACE.CRYPTO and an effective assessment of the strategic potential of the ICO market.
