Management of Organizations\' Integration Program under Mergers and Acquisitions

The market of merger and acquisition is evolving at a quick rate nowadays. Especially, it concerns pharmacy chains in Russia as they are becoming active market players. Nevertheless, the overwhelming majority of M&A deals fail. It is connected with the fact that companies do not pay due attention to the integration. However, integration is very important part of the process that influences the synergies company can achieve in the future. We provide references and develop a model in order to give pharmacy chains a chance to be successful in M&A deals. These recommendations are based on the results of questionnaire and case-study made by author.
