At the present time, the taxi segment of the public urban transport industry in Russia is undergoing a significant transformation. The initial business model of a taxi aggregator, which a few years ago gave a push to cardinal changes in the industry segment, has since undergone significant changes by the forces of companies around the world. The purpose of the work is to formulate recommendations on changing the business model of the aggregator for the company LLC Yandex.Taxi. For the companies surveyed in the study, key features were identified for individual blocks of the business model, different from the business models of the other companies under consideration. Differences are also considered in the relationship with other blocks of the business model. Based on the key features, a business model designer was built that allows you to assemble the business model of the taxi aggregator on an individual block based on the options considered. To use these or other options, the relevant pre-assets from using the block variant, as well as the risks associated with it, were taken into account. In particular, the necessary relationships were taken into account, if the advantages of a particular option were revealed only when certain variants of other blocks were added to the target business model. Business model of Yandex.Taxi was also analyzed and formulated in terms of the Osterwalder canvas of business model . For the formulated business model, based on the constructor constructed earlier, the target state of the business model is given and the interrelations of its blocks are explained, taking into account their advantages and risks.
