The Impact of the Format and Location of the Store on Demand

This work is devoted to the study of the degree of influence of the location and size of the store on demand. The study was conducted using the example of aggregated data on sales of tea in a one of the regional food retailers. A Heckman model was constructed and price elasticity calculated for each format and location of the store. The received results allow to speak about expediency of appointment of various discounts in different size and districts.
