The proper management of the human resources of an organization is one of the most important activities that must be undertaken by the organization in order to successfully function in a competitive market. There are difficulties in the understanding of using The System of Personnel Management as part of the improving the efficiency of the company. My research is about how the system of personnel management affects the work efficiency of staff, increasing motivation, thus contributing to a better achieving of its strategic goals.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
