The paper gives the complex information about competitive advantages. As a result of the work, practical recommendations were made to achieve competitiveness for "Kelly Services" in the competitive market. In addition, it was revealed that the project is profitable. As a result of the choice of the communicational strategy, the enterprise will be able to save and find new clients.
