Automation of "Tuition Calculation" Business Process Implementing RUNA WFE

This work is devoted to the automation of "Tuition Calculation" business process implementing RUNA WFE. Author: Antskaitis Arina Dmitrievna. Faculty: Economics, Management and Business-Informatics. 4 course. 2018. Currently, the process approach is recognized as the best management practice, which ensures simplicity and efficiency of the work. It can be applied both to the enterprise and university. HSE in Perm has its own business process management system - "Vyshka-BPM", but at the moment there are no business processes related to educational process. Therefore, it is proposed to develop this system through the development of a business process, which will ensure control and simplification of work, increase its efficiency and software integration. In this paper, the stages of subject analysis were described in detail, which includes identifying the specifics and requirements for the business process model and "As is" model devepoment. Next, for executable model devepoment were selected notation and modeling tool. "Tuition calculation" business process was implemented in the business processes management open system RUNA WFE and thus automated for the multiple launch. The scope of work excluding applications is 57 pages.
