Internal Compliance-Verification Model of a Bank’s Clients for Settlement and Cash Servicing.

In the paper key concepts of compliance-policy of a modern banking system are in details analyzed and disclosed. The author gives exhaustive academic and practical definition of modern compliance-policy of the Russian banks in the field of Cash Management Service. In a practical part the author makes reasonable selection of components of future model which essence is reduced to several major factors of compliance-verification by the Russian bank. As a result of selection of variables and assignment to everyone the factor risk of the point the author is made out the corresponding model of decision-making according to the application of the potential client. Corresponding weight for each factor are set and used in model testing. Results of testing are represented in the table where gives the calculated values of DA-coefficient received on retro and data and extrapolated to real indicators of the chosen enterprises - "out of simple". Then the author explains the importance of results of the research in conclusions, giving a final assessment to the held testing on the offered model and giving relevant circumstances of introduction and realization of intelligent compliance -management in the conditions of application of ISO 9001 that allows facilitating compliance-risk.
