The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Promising in Terms of Growth

This work is devoted to studying of a question of how the countries assist in introduction of technologies of the fourth industrial revolution, choosing different priorities in the direction of their own actions. The work purpose – identification of the main problems of the current state policy of Russia on introduction of technologies "Industry 4.0" and development of recommendations about its improvement on the basis of the best world practices. For achievement of goals of a research, as the main tool of the analysis the method a case-study acted, and a framework of which the detailed analysis of innovative policy on introduction "Industry 4.0" of four countries –USA, China, Germany and Estonia. Then, the similar analysis of the current level of development of these technologies in Russia and the analysis of the most urgent national strategy of the country on the matter was carried out. Within this research the Digital Economy program approved in the summer of 2017 became such strategy. During work it was established that at the moment, the innovative policy of Russia within development of technologies of the fourth industrial revolution possesses a number of shortcomings which are possible for correcting when using the best international experience of the advanced countries. Thus, this work makes a contribution to scientific literature on researches of innovative state policy and methods of stimulation of the companies on introduction of technologies of the fourth industrial revolution in productions, supplementing with itself quite limited number of the works which are focused to this subject. In work practical recommendations about improvement of quality of the current state program of development "the Industries 4.0" in Russia are submitted.
