The purpose of this work was to study the functional development technology based on Oracle Siebel CRM. The result was to create a working searching system that provides mobile-subscriber’s payment information to call-center operators on demand. With the help of this system, the call center operator can quickly obtain all the necessary information about payments from the billing system, the "Unified payment search system" and the "electronic wallet" system. This eliminates the need for the employee to work with multiple systems. Thanks to OpenUI technology, the design of the system was changed to more intuitive and up-to-date. It also became possible to use ajax-requests, which do not require a separate page reload, which accelerated the process of finding payments. We used DataTables library as a base for creating applets. This development allows to simplify the work of employees of the call center, which allows not to conduct additional training for employees and reduces the likelihood of errors due to human factors, as well as hiring less qualified personnel, saving on staff salaries. Further development direction can be the creation of a full-fledged subscriber card in a new design, with all the information about them, such as: account balance, expenditure statistics, paid usage time left, personal offers and much more.
