Study of Organizational Identification and Corporate Culture in the Context of Social Capital: the Case of Russian University

The research deals with analytical approaches and possibilities of empirical measurement of social capital at the organization level in academic environment. The review of the diversity of theoretical concepts of social capital and its structure is being conducted. Also, the description of the main provisions of measuring social capital methods on different parameters is provided. It is shown how the measurement of the three components of social capital at one level of the organizational hierarchy allows assessing the level and configuration of social capital, as well as its possible interrelationships between these parameters. On the basis of empirical data obtained the certain features of capital parameters in the academic environment were identifies and the possibilities of techniques for diagnosing and monitoring problems of intra-organizational relations are illustrated. Key words: social capital, organizational culture, organizational identification, organizational commitment.
