Job Satisfaction and Labor Mobility on the Public Catering Enterprises (on the Example of the Chain of Coffee Houses “Coffeeflat”)

In a modern developing society, the problem of staff turnover and job dissatisfaction is becoming more acute. The paper considers the main concepts of job satisfaction and labour mobility in enterprises. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors which affect the satisfaction of the employees of Coffeeflat coffee houses network and the degree of influence of these factors. In the framework of the research, the methods of online polling and expert interviews with the employees of the chain of Coffeeflat coffee houses were implemented. In the course of the study, a typology of job satisfaction and motivational profiles of the employees was obtained. As the result of the analysis, it was possible to find out that wage is one of the most important aspect, along with the social climate in the company and the content of work performed by employees, as well as working conditions.
