The high relevance of business process optimization is associated with the development of production infrastructure. Cost reduction is the main priority for modern companies. However, the implementation of this process is possible not only due to the dismissal of employees or savings on additional terms of the company. Due to the qualitative description, analysis and optimization of business processes, you can further reduce the cost of the process and increase its efficiency.  In the 1st Chapter of this work the theoretical foundations were considered and analyzed on the optimization of business processes. As a result of the analysis of available methodologies for the calculation of the cost and time costs of the business process, the ABC method was chosen. ORACLE notation has been selected for the graphical construction of the business process, which allows you to distribute the roles among the participants of the business process and eliminate repetitive steps.  In the 2nd Chapter the existing business processes of the Department for credit risk management of the company "Coca-Cola HR Eurasia" were considered. Further, through a survey of internal customers, the least effective process was chosen – a mass revision of credit limits. The description of the business process on the mass revision of credit limits revealed the presence of high cost and time costs (6 931 932 rubles and 296 hours). Optimization measures related to the improvement of the business process scheme allowed to reduce time and cost costs by 2.5 times, and credit risks decreased by 15%.
