Bullying is one of the most widespread types of violence in the school environment, which adversely affects the physical and mental health of the student. Despite the fact that the relevance of the problem of school bullying, as a systematic persecution of one person in the student environment, persists and even increases in many countries of the world, including Russia, in our country the problem remains poorly studied. Moreover, every year more and more countries introduce programs of national resistance to bullying which, with varying degrees of success, reduce the level of interpersonal tension. This article presents the empirical identification of the specific features of school bullying in Russia. It is based on a comparison of the results of presented empirical analysis with the results of foreign studies in recent years, with the goal of creating a foundation for the further development or adaptation of preventive anti-bullying programs.
