Educational Programme: Modern Social Analysis (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2018

The task of studying security and strategies for its provision in postmodern society is one of the priority positions for the world scientific community. The most relevant reason for the increased interest of researchers in safety issues is the level of technological development of the modern world, which has reached such proportions at which a minimum failure in the system of production can be a catalyst for natural disasters and numerous human casualties. But the trend in security studies shows that we cannot focus on global issues. The area of individual risk remains unexplored, which involves an individual approach to solving the problems of maintaining a high level of security. Modern oil companies have taken on the challenge of the new time. They seek to improve safety together with performance indicators. I propose to consider the mechanism of improving the structure of safety culture on the example of a large oil company, which is on a new path of development.
