The first chapter of the paper contains a review of the main theoretical provisions of strategic management and generic strategies and discloses the methodology of strategic analysis.
The second part provides a brief description of the company, an analysis of its main financial indicators and lists the stages of the life cycle of the organization. It also presents a strategic analysis of the company's internal and external environment, conducted on the basis of the methods from the first theoretical chapter.
The results of the strategic analysis showed that despite the large market share, Yandex.Taxi is losing its competitiveness and the transition from prime to stability can happen to the company. Based on the results, recommendations were prepared on how to adjust the strategy to avoid negative consequences.
