Development of a Risk Management System based on KRI for Gett Company

In this bachelor’s thesis risk, management system based on key risk indicators was developed for GETT Company, which provides on-demand transportation services and global ride sharing mobile application. Key risks, which are peculiar for considered company, have been identified using results of internal poll for senior start-up executives. Based on expert assessments, key risks have been evaluated in terms of probability and business impact on company investment attractiveness. Risk classification have been provided along with risk map and risk register. Then, KRI have been identified along with their underlying correlated business metrics based on case studies and company’s internal data. As a result of paper, the risk management system was developed, including the interaction between KRI management technique and company organizational features, skills of the company's stuff.
