Business Plan Creation of a Popular Type Cafe in the District of New Moscow

The Graduation qualification thesis is aimed to cover main aspects of business plan creation of the opening of a new format cafe in a developing district of Moscow. Modern tendencies motivate people to look for new ways of spending their spare time, so saturated market of standard format cafe makes entrepreneurs to develop new formats of cafes and the latest trend of this is pay per time cafe. The main task of this project is to develop business plan of opening a popular format cafe in the district with poor infrastructure. There are some methods that will be used during conducting the research such as analysis of Russian and foreign science literature, systematization of received results, using the Customer Development method for target audience's analysis, analysis and generalization of information about popular cafe formats and their monetization methods, using models of strategical analysis, making calculations to evaluate the viability of the project. The result of conducted analysis and calculations in this research will be a detailed business plan of opening of a cafe and pay per time cafe in the rapidly developing district with poor infrastructure. During the graduation work research and calculations the profitability of the multiformat cafe was demonstrated, the requirements and insights were taken into account. The finance analysis showed that 8 000 000 rubles of primary investments are required for the cafe opening, the project has high revenue, but high costs too. The breakeven point forecast is 8th month of cafe work.
