The main problems of personnel policy in health care institutions are considered to be a low level of personnel planning, uneven staffing of medical personnel and employees of other categories. To date, the development of new approaches to the management of personnel in a medical organization is very much in demand. Personnel policy in the conditions of constant changes should keep pace with the times, meet the goals and objectives of the road map of health development. The main goal of the personnel policy is the creation of a well-coordinated team for effective fulfillment of the mission of the organization. Personnel selection is a key element for success. To improve the efficiency of the HR policy of a medical organization, it is recommended to develop a personalized approach to employees. Personal traits are directly related to the behavior of the employee, his characterological characteristics. This is important to consider when planning the policy of personnel management. We have established that there are indeed regularities. It was possible to demonstrate the dependence of neuroticism, self-control, openness to new experience on the parameters of activity in the social network among employees of medical organizations. These personality traits are significant for the medical profession, since they determine stress resistance, discipline, responsibility, inclination to empathy. Personnel policy of a medical organization must necessarily take into account the personal characteristics of employees. In order to take them into account - they need to be known. Analysis of the activity of an individual in a social network is a new approach to solving this issue, and is able to significantly change personnel policies in healthcare institutions.
