Unfair Competition with the Use of Intellectual Property

This work is dedicated to the unfair competition with the use of exclusive right (intellectual property) and the attempts to create a new way of understanding the current situation for possible alterations and developing of law. The author analizes the abuse of the dominant position from the point of unfair competition and propose the limitation of intellectual property legal monopoly in terms of unfair competition as a potential decision.
