Features of Strategic Positioning of the Company in the New Economic Reality

The paper presents an assessment of the strategic type of enterprise. As the main outline the model of strategic types of organization presented by professor of Higher School of Economics National Research University Gurkov I.B. was used. With the help of an extensive set of strategic analysis tools, an assessment of the activities of NPH Nauka LLC has been done, the results of which suggest a set of strategic actions to improve the performance of the company, focusing managers on key performance indicators.
