Improvement of an Enterprise’s Office Business Processes

Business process is an important aspect of company’s structure. Currently, companies that want to improve their operations are focused on improving business processes. Optimization of business processes can be focused on primary, auxiliary and management processes. Depending on the process, the approach and improvement method will be chosen. This work is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for improving the process of arranging business trips in the company PNPPK. For the analysis and improvement of the process under study, the DMAIC methodology was taken as the basis. The study identified the main problem associated with the increase in the duration and additional operations of the process. The process under study was described and studied in detail, during which the main problem areas and their causes were identified. As a result, a program of measures was developed to improve the process of arranging travel, which includes recommendations on how to improve the process and an assessment of their effectiveness.
