Comparative Legal Analysis of the Insurance Contract in the Russian Federation and Abroad

The present research belongs to studies of comparative legal analysis of the insurance contract in the Russian Federation, France and Great Britain. It reveals the existing classifications and types of insurance contracts in these countries as well as the features of the parties and order of conclusion and execution of the insurance contract. The paper also highlights current problems of law enforcement practice in the field of contractual insurance relations and suggests possible solutions to them.
