The Increase of Involvement of the Staff in the System of Ideas' Management in a Company

The aim of this final qualification work is to find out the indicators of the effectiveness of the system of the ideas management (SIM) and to form the principles of the staff involvement on this base as the key factor of the effectiveness of the SIM. The objectives of the final qualification work: 1. To describe the SIM in companies; 2. To make a list of possible factors and difficulties, influencing the SIM; 3. To develop a system of the indicators of the effectiveness of the SIM; 4. To form the principles of the staff involvement as the key factor of the effectiveness of the SIM. Empirical methods of the achievement of the objectives: • Conducting two surveys with different purposes; • Attendance and analysis of the presented materials in the VI and VII international practical conferences “INNO-WAVE”; • Personal interviews of the companies’ executives that were engaged in the management of the ideas in a company; • Application of this new personal experience in the sphere of ideas management in a Russian company. In the result of this work the system of the ideas management was analysed and the main factors and difficulties were revealed that need to be taken into consideration while introducing and work of the SIM. Then a system of the indicators of the effectiveness of the SIM was created and the main indicator was found out with the help of the empirical research. On this base the principles of the staff involvement were formed as the key factor of the effectiveness of the SIM according to the group participants. Each group shows definite behavior of the staff to the SIM. The final principles were tested in a company and as the result of their application the indicators of the effectiveness of the SIM were considerably increased. That proves that the principles of the staff involvement, described in this final qualification work, are effective and applied in practice.
