Inventory Management at Many Criteria

The relevance of the topic of work is due to the fact that in a competitive environment, a modern enterprise has to constantly optimize its activities. This is especially true of the logistics component and, in particular, the company's inventory management. Inventories require careful monitoring and prudent management decisions, since the presence of reserves leads to significant maintenance costs, which can lead to a loss of sales and a deterioration in the company's reputation. They must be scientists when making management decisions. The study of the use of a multi-criteria element of the analytical hierarchy for the selection of the inventory management model. Using multi-criteria optimization methods allows you to comprehensively review the process, analyze the final result, which can lead to any possible sequence of actions and choose the strategy that is most suitable for the overall strategy of the company.
