Iconographic Writing in the Communicative Aspect: From Archaic Writing to Modern Media Practices

The research is devoted to the study of iconographic writing in modern poetry, communication and as one of the ways to visualize content in modern media. The vectors of studying iconographic visual journalistic discourse in social media are outlined. The processes of transition of iconographic writing as universal, regardless of the language, leading text visualization technologies and cross-cultural communication to a new level are analyzed. An attempt to systematize the concept of iconographic signs, to trace the main points of their development and to identify the factors of influence is made. Practical experience of using iconographic writing in poetry and media is considered.
