Designing of Project Management System in Consulting Company (on the Example of Development Market)

The theme of the work: "Development of project management system in a consulting company (on the example of the development market)." The aim of the research is to develop a project management system in the company (on the example of consulting companies in the field of development). The object of the study is the Russian consulting company "Mann, Cheremnykh and Partners", specializing in the construction industry. The subject of the research is the processes of project management in the consulting company "Mann, Cheremnykh and Partners". The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion and 5 appendices, the volume of work – 138 pages, the appendices are transcripts of interviews with key employees of the company – the object of the study. The first chapter includes an aggregated model of the project management system, which was built on the basis of the existing theoretical framework. The elements of the system were combined into blocks, considered both individually and as part of the links with other elements of the system. The main trends of the market of development and consulting in development are considered in the second chapter of the work, the market structure is estimated. the company – object of research is analyzed, projects of the organization are described in detail, preliminary conclusions about problem areas in management are drawn. The third chapter it’s analyzed the existing project management system and its elements. There were proposed measures to improve the maturity of the management system of the organization, including: changes in the organization structure, the implementation of unused tools for project management, application of processes of system dynamics. The results of the study are of interest to small or medium-sized businesses.
