The final qualifying work presents a strategic analysis of the human resources services industry in terms of its attractiveness for existing companies in the industry. The study highlights the main trends in the development of the HR market in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as the dependence of companies on the influence of external factors. Several research methods, such as analysis of secondary information, as well as interviews with experts in the field of recruiting, were used in the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the attractiveness of the human resources services industry in the short and medium terms. Strategic analysis tools such as PESTEL-analysis and analysis of 5 competitive forces of M. Porter were used for this study. In the first Chapter of the final qualifying work, the conceptual apparatus and methods of strategic analysis of the company's macro - and microenvironment were described. The second Chapter analyzes the industry and the market of personnel services. Opportunities and threats for the industry, driving forces, key success factors (CFCs) were identified, and a map of strategic groups of the industry was built. The third Chapter contains the main conclusions of the industry analysis, trends in the field of human resources services and development prospects. In addition, recommendations were given to the international recruitment agency Kelly Services on the functioning of the market of personnel services. This study is necessary to develop an effective and flexible strategy that will take into account the prospects of the industry and the company itself and analyze the level of market risks. In the course of the study, the profile of the HR industry attractiveness assessment was obtained and the conclusion was made about the attractiveness of the HR services industry in the short and medium term.
